Claus Rosensparre will join the #ALGIECEL Commercial Team as #ProductDevelopment Manager located at ALGIECEL´s offices at VISTI UNLIMITED in Odense and the Danish Technological Institute near Copenhagen.
We asked Claus to introduce himself:
“I am Dr. Claus Rosensparre and recently joined the Algiecel team.
I have a background with +10 years of experience in the #FoodIndustry, a Master Degree in #Biology and a PhD in #HealthScience from Københavns Universitet – University of Copenhagen.
I have been working for ALS Odense (previously DB Lab) and Ampliqon A/S in Odense, to set up a new production plant for reagents and enzyme production and for BrauKon GmbH in Bavaria, where I worked as #Brewmaster. My most recent project was to design and set up laboratory, distillery and brewery for Broløkke Herregård .
Together with the rest of the team, I am looking forward to sharing my passion for food science, seeing our company grow and develop new and exciting products from #microalgae #biooil and #biomass for the #feed, #food and #cosmetics industry.
