We are happy to announce that Merete Lundbye Møller will join ALGIECEL´s board of directors.
Merete is Venture Partner & General Counsel with 19 years of venture capital experience from Sunstone Capital, now Heartcore Capital and Sunstone Life Science Ventures and a professional board member with more than 15 years of board experience.
Currently she holds positions in the boards of PreSeed Ventures, Curo Capital, Warehouse9, Hotel Pro Forma, Nalik Ventures and Bulitt Film ApS. Prior, Merete held board positions at the Danish Green Investment Fund, TV 2 Danmark, worked as Head of Legal Department at Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (formerly Vækstfonden) and as Attorney at Law for Gorrissen Federspiel.
Her background includes a Cand. Jur., Law from Aarhus University and a Master of Law from New York University School of Law.
