This Monday, #ALGIECEL received delegates from Aarhus Universitet, Syngens, Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU), and Danish Crown to kick-off the multi-year grant project, #MuscleFuel. The project is supported by AgriFoodTure under Innovationsfonden.

The goal of the project is to create #Nutrients for #CellCulture from animal and #Microalgae biomass, to increase the production of #CultivatedMeat as a more #sustainable alternative to traditional meat production.

ALGIECEL will provide #protein-rich microalgae with a minimal CO2, water, and land footprint as nutrients to lower the #environmental impact of meat consumption.
