Lead by Gundega Lapsa #TeamAlgiecel assembled at the facilities of the Teknologisk Institut to dedicate a whole day towards developing tools for ensuring employee happiness and efficiency going forward.
The goal is to learn about each other´s experiences, identify our core #culture together and discuss what constitutes our culture going forward, establish a common #vision for ALGIECEL, ensure we have a good work-life balance and enjoy being productive together along the way.
